diary of a wimpy kid
A book I read a while ago was Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It is a book about a kid named Greg Heffley and he is a kid going through middle school on the bottom of the popularity list. He has two brothers one named Rodrick and one named Manny. Manny is a young little kid who is very spoiled and funny Greg is often jealous of him. Rodrick the older brother is a mean bully to Greg and will always make Greg's life worse. This is a funny, interesting and drawing in book that made me feel like I couldnt put it down. I do not recommend it to anyone in 7th grade because I feel we've all out grown this book but it has always been one of my favorite books and thought i should write about it.

Do you really feel like you've outgrown these books? They are about middle school, after all - even though they look cartoonish, they are about stuff that is happening around all day. This started as web-comic, so I actually think that folks underestimate these books. When did you read it? I'm really curious to know if your sense of the events of the books seem true to life or totally fiction.
